[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Kanye West[/lastfm] has announced that he will be heading to Austin to perform at the SXSW Music Festival.  He last performed at SXSW in 2009.  He told his fans via video.

Kanye is scheduled to perform Saturday at Vevo Powerstation.  Check out the video below!
