A disabled man, angry that the elevator doors closed before he could board, exacted revenge…on HIMSELF.  Dude seems to think it over before deciding to RAM his mobility scooter into the closed doors THREE TIMES.  Success and failure combine as he manages to BUST THROUGH the closed doors…then promptly rolls down the ELEVATOR SHAFT…and dies.
