Have you ever been behind a cop at a red light and once the light turns green the cop doesn’t go?  The Freak Show wanted to know the proper cop etiquette. Do you blow the horn at the cop or just wait for him to realize the light is green?  The same thing goes for cops on the highway.  If the cop is driving slow do you pass him or just go below the speed limit?
