We’re now 2 days away from Tampa’s BIGGEST party of the year, Gasparilla!  Yesterday I showed you a video of a drunk girl being towed by the police in a wagon.  You gotta be careful on Gasparilla people!  This video you’re about to see is of a drunk pirate on a boat.  You’ll see plenty of these on Saturday.  When you’re drunk on a boat, hanging by the edge, sooner or later you’ll probably end up in the water like this pirate!  Too funny!  Have fun Saturday BUT be careful!
