Damn, the city must REALLY be in need of FUNDS!!!

A woman, in Tel Aviv, was forced to track down surveillance footage — after her car was TOWED and she was slapped with FINES — for parking in a handicapped spot.

Except…it WASN’T a handicapped spot when she parked in it!!!

The video clearly shows city workers painting the handicapped markings — AROUND her parked car — before, then, TOWING her car and hitting her with fines!!!!

The footage VINDICATED her after she posted it on her Facebook page!!!

City officials have since APOLOGIZED and waived the fines.

Whomever spearheaded this massive FAIL, seems to have a bit of a MENTAL handicap themselves.
